We have a number of filling lines for both liquid and solid materials. With this comprehensive infrastructure, we can produce up to 30, 000 units per day, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment..
In House - R& D
Our full-time chemists operate a state-of-the-art, in-house laboratory that enables us to conduct our research and development on site. We ensure our products meet the set standards by performing various assessments, including Specific Gravity Tests, pH Balance Tests, Viscosity Tests, Appearance (aesthetics) Tests, Odor Tests, and Stability Exams using modern equipment.
Automatic Manufacturing Plant
Our automatic production plant has a 500kg capacity and is equipped with a chiller to maintain optimal conditions throughout the manufacturing process. This cutting-edge facility ensures consistent quality and efficiency in every batch produced. The machine helps in making creams, gels, cleansers, etc., with minimum wastage and ensures consistency in each batch. The complete Automatic Plant allows for seamless production of products.
